Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy (LYNX MONARCH)

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on items that have been opened or used.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is unused

  • The packaging is sealed and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping)


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after opening

  • Minor scent preference (you not liking the smell)

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
